60ml Étän Rum

1 tbsp Pineapple Overproof Rum

30ml Anise Liqueur

90ml Pineapple Juice

15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Dash of Angostura Bitters

A Black Cherry

A Pineapple Slice

Combine all ingredients but the Anise Liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled short glass. Slowly add the Anise Liqueur and top with bitters. Garnish with a black cherry, a pineapple slice and enjoy!
